First day of Running for Fitness!!  Huzzah!! 

I ran 2 loops around the field with the group.  On the timed lap I ran 00:03:39.  I definitely had my heart rate up and was feeling it on the hill.  However, I didn't let myself slow down once I set my pace.



I definitely have room to improve.  Hoping that this class works out with my Linguistics class right after it... ^_^
