Today we did a fun partner relay. We did 2 extra laps than we did the last time in our relay. I noticed that even though we did more laps, it was easier to keep my pace the same throughout the run.
I focused on keeping my arms from crossing in front of my body, which I think helped with my form and kept me from unnecessarily using extra energy.
I cannot believe we only have a few more classes! Craziness! I'm going to miss everyone, but it sure will be nice to sleep in a little more.... :)
