9-18

We did another set of out and backs today.  Meh.  I arrived back on the mark twice.  The other 2 times I was either a few seconds early or a few seconds late.  I wish that we didn't have to run on hills because it makes it difficult to see if your pace is correct.



I liked the leg floor exercises we did today.  My crew team called the one where you lift your leg up while on all fours "fire hydrants" because we think it looks like a dog peeing :P
