9-26

Yay 2.5 miles plus .5 mile warmup equals 3 miles!  I'm not so much impressed by the distance that we've been running as I am with how it has gotten easier for me.  We did a sort of HIIT thing today as a group.  I try to hang back with the slower girls sometimes to give them motivation.  



I would like to do some HIIT on my own.  Whenever I do the elliptical at the gym I do alternating intensities for the last half of the workout...  Hope that's the right idea.  I hope to actually do real HIIT workouts (actually running) when it gets warm again.  I'm too much of a wimp to run outside by myself in the cold. :P
