I focused on keeping my arms down and pulling them back - I've actually read a magazine article about the importance of not letting your arms cross in front of your body because it can slow you down. I've also been trying to keep my upper body directly over my lower body so that I don't get stitches. It hasn't happened lately, but I should probably change my running posture anyway.
Wish I could do the 5K this weekend, but I'll be going home again for a friend's barbecue party! Yum :)
