Today we did one of the original routes from our first days of running class. It felt so much easier! It is so neat to sense the progress that I've made, and I don't even need to see a time to tell that I've been improving.
I also noticed that I'm more able to deal with hills. I don't slow down considerably when I run up them - in fact I push myself harder so I run just as fast as I do on a level plane.
