Yay! Almost reading days! I'm really looking forward to the "circle run" on Friday - I think it would be best if we did it in two groups because we would take up a lot of room (length-wise) while crossing streets.
Today we did out-and-backs! I really wish that we could do them on a flat area. I find it difficult to keep my pace when you have to change intensity while running up and down hills. I did get "bingo" once, but usually I would overcompensate for the hill and make it up to fast and come into the finish line about 5-10 seconds early.
Almost time to relax this coming weekend... !
