10-12

Today we did a really fun partner relay run!  I would say that this is one of the funnest things that we've done in the this class.  At the same time, it was still a good workout!  It all depends on how much effort you want to put into it yourself.   

I was kind of thinking about the little race strategies that our test was on while we ran.  I'm not really sure which one I would be inclined to do.... probably sit and kick, but that would involve staying with someone...  As long as they're at a similar skill level, it's all good!
